🎉 We are SO proud of our little Ospreys! 🎉

LPES VPK earned an EXCELLENT rating, the highest rating possible! This incredible achievement reflects the hard work, growth, and dedication of our amazing students, teachers, and staff.

Way to SOAR, Ospreys! We are so proud of you! 💙

🎉 It’s official ALL FOUR of our VPK sites earned an “Excellent” rating! 🌟

Across the entire state of Florida, only 39% of VPK programs received an Excellent rating — and we are incredibly proud that 100% of our VPK sites achieved this distinction!

This is the highest rating a VPK program can receive and is based on C.L.A.S.S. observations, PM3 proficiency, and student learning gains.

🖍️ Kindergarten Color Days are here! 🖍️

Our kindergarten students are learning all about colors, and we’d love for them to join in the fun by wearing the color of the day!

We’ll kick things off on Monday, August 17 with BROWN 🤎 and celebrate a new color each school day!

💙 What an AMAZING first day at LPES! 💙

Our Ospreys are officially back in the nest!

Today was filled with smiling faces, new beginnings, lots of learning, and excitement for the year ahead.

We are so thankful for our incredible students, families, faculty, and staff who helped make the first day of school such a wonderful one. We can’t wait to see all the learning, growth, and memories this year will bring!

It Takes a Village at LPES!

As we get ready to welcome our Ospreys back to the nest, we want to give a HUGE shoutout to the amazing people who help keep LPES running each and every day!

💙 Our Custodians for working tirelessly to make sure our campus is clean, safe, and ready for our students.

💙 Our Front Office Staff for being the welcoming faces and helping hands that keep everything moving behind the scenes.

💙 Our Lunch Ladies for preparing meals with care and making sure our Ospreys are fueled and ready to learn!

💙 Our Paraprofessionals for supporting our students and teachers in countless ways and always stepping in wherever they are needed.

💙 Our Administration for leading, supporting, problem-solving, and doing whatever it takes to make LPES a wonderful place for students and staff.

So much happens before the first bell ever rings, and we are incredibly thankful for every person who has worked hard to prepare our nest for another amazing school year!

The countdown is over, and we are so excited to welcome our Ospreys back to the nest for the first day of school tomorrow, Tuesday, August 11!

Our teachers and staff have been hard at work preparing classrooms, hallways, and hearts to make this the best school year yet. We can’t wait to see smiling faces, hear excited stories, and begin another year of learning, growing, and soaring together!
