We met alot of great faces and loved networking with all the amazing organizations that help the community.

Last week's MBSAT sessions were so grounding! 🌿 We took our classes outdoors and spent time in nature learning about what it means to not give others power over your thoughts, emotions, and choices.

This week's sessions will be:
📍 Tuesday – Starbucks (Avenue I)
📍 Friday – Starbucks (Lancaster Blvd)

If you have youth 13-25 please sign them up for this necessary life skill. They will learn emotional regulation, triggers and how to manage conflict.
