🏆 PANTHER VALLEY ATHLETICS HALL OF FAME 🏆

Next up in the inaugural Panther Valley Athletics Hall of Fame Class!

👏 The seventh inductee being featured is Pete Radocha, PV Class of 1972.

Congratulations to Pete on this well-deserved honor! 🖤💛

The inaugural class will be inducted Friday, September 4 at 6:25 PM, prior to the Panthers’ home football game against Marian Catholic. 🏈

🏆 PANTHER VALLEY ATHLETICS HALL OF FAME — SIXTH INDUCTEE 🏆

The sixth athlete highlighted in the inaugural Panther Valley Athletics Hall of Fame class is Bob Polinsky, Panther Valley Class of 1969. 🖤💛

⚾ Polinsky went on to an impressive professional baseball career, including time in the New York Yankees organization.

Congratulations to Bob Polinsky on this well-deserved honor! 👏

The inaugural class will be inducted prior to the home football game against Marian Catholic on Friday, September 4th. 🏆

📢 RESIDENT SUBMISSION | NESQUEHONING DATA CENTER

Theresa Roberts of Lansford reached out and asked us to share the following information regarding the proposed data center in Nesquehoning/Panther Valley:

“I attended the public meeting about the Data Center in Nesquehoning/Panther Valley and found out where public comments can be sent.

Nesquehoning Data Center public comment deadline is September 4th

Anyone who wishes to express their thoughts about the data center planned along Industrial Road may send an email to Pam Kania, Program Manager, DEP Waterways and Wetlands:

I left the public meeting on August 20th at PVHS with more questions than I had going in. I’ve attached my letter in screenshots with a list of my questions and concerns for anyone who wants to read.

Bottom line: we will never have more power than now—before construction—to assess the long-term impact of this fast-growing field on Panther Valley’s wildlife and limited resources. Make your voice heard.”
