Measure K is complex, confusing, and misleading. The 47-page initiative
is being pushed as a solution for housing affordability, but an independent
impact study prepared for the City of Larkspur noted this measure is “not
an affordable housing policy.” Take a look at the initiative yourself:https://www.noonk.vote/_files/ugd/3eed0d_984fa75cea134945ad9adf20be840498.pdf - it's being pushed by outside interests, and is not what it seems! On or before November 5th, Vote NO on Measure K! Learn more at www.NoOnK.vote

Join Larkspur Chamber of Commerce President Mike Bristow in opposing Measure K. Mike points out the realities of Measure K: the 47-page initiative is complex, confusing, and will lead to lower quality rental housing and less of it. Remember: Larkspur already has rent control stricter than state law. Protect the future of Larkspur - Vote NO on Measure K!
