General information

LC Galaxy is a derivation of the well known professional MLS team The LA Galaxy; LC denoting Las Cruces, NM. Our crest logo is also reminiscent, however, pays homage to the crosses of Las Cruces and the Zia sun of New Mexico. The Men's Open Competitive Division is the most competitive soccer in Las Cruces. It consists of 15 to 20 teams of which are divided into two divisions: Division I (La Primera) and Division II (La Segunda). Generally any new team can choose which division they want to be in, but usually La Primera is designated for top teams. The LC Galaxy will opt to join La Primera this spring season.
