Good Morning Everyone,

This week in construction:

Landscapers will finish working on planting and irrigation between Yucca and Madrone St. They have begun working in Phase 4 between Madrone St. and Juniper Wy.

Electrical (streetlight poles and conduit) will be finishing in Phase 3 between Yucca Street and Madrone, and starting in Phase 4 as noted above.

New driveways, curb & gutter, and sidewalk will be installed in Phase 3 in the locations noted above.

Our crews will be working on the Northeast quadrant of the Buchanan Blvd. and Boulder City Pkwy. intersection beginning this Sunday evening, and open said quadrant Tuesday morning back to traffic. Electrical improvements will also be performed at the intersection during this time.

We have begun working Phase 4 of the project, which is between Bullock Dr. and Juniper Wy. on South side of Boulder City Pkwy.

We also would like to make you aware of sections of the street that will not have streetlights as we remove old lights and construct new foundations and new light poles. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you be safe during these times.

PLEASE NOTE....if you only have one driveway, we will be reaching out personally to discuss how to construct it with you. If you have two driveways, one driveway will always stay open.

This week in construction:

Landscapers will continue working on planting and irrigation between Yucca and Buchannan Blvd.

Electrical (streetlight poles and conduit) continues in Phase 3 between Yucca Street and Madrone.

A sneak peek for this week in construction:

Landscapers are done between Veterans Memorial and the Rebel Gas station. Our firm will be working on pouring concrete foundations for the metal sculptures to be installed in the median. Landscapers are also complete between Rebel Gas Station and Yucca Street.

Electrical (streetlight poles) and irrigation for landscaping continues in Phase 6 between Buchanan and Juniper on North side of the road and Phase 3 between Yucca Street and Madrone.

New driveways, curb & gutter, and sidewalk will be installed In Phase 6 and 3 as noted above.

Sewer improvements are complete in Phase 6, however, there will be some water improvements being performed this week.

We also would like to make you aware of sections of the street that will not have streetlights as we remove old lights and construct new foundations and new light poles. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you be safe during these times.

In 2 weeks, we will likely begin work at the intersection of Buchanan Blvd. and Boulder City Pkwy. We anticipate constructing the intersection in quarters for ease of traffic. Nothing changes too much with the intersection work, just new pavement, striping, and minor traffic signal improvements. This work in subject to schedule change.

A sneak peek for this week in construction:

Landscapers will continue rock installation from Veterans Memorial to Rebel Gas Station, and landscapers are installing plants this week between Rebel and Yucca Street.

Electrical and irrigation for landscaping has begun in Phase 6 between Buchanan and Juniper on North side of the road and will continue next week.

Electrical and irrigation improvements will continue in Phase 3 between Yucca Street and Madrone Street this week, as well as grading for curb & gutter and sidewalk.

New driveways will be installed this week at Red Mountain Plaza and Sinclair. Sidewalk will be installed from Rebel Gas Station to Yucca.

Sewer improvements will continue in Phase 6 between Buchannan Blvd. and Juniper on North side of street.

Bus Stops are open except the one at Gingerwood.

We also would like to make you aware of sections of the street that will not have streetlights as we remove old lights and construct new foundations and new light poles. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you be safe during these times.

Landscapers will be installing irrigation from Gingerwood to Yucca on South side of road, and continue removing existing landscape in preparation for new landscaping.

Electricians will continue installing new streetlight pole bases from the Rebel Gas Station to Yucca on South side of Road.

We will continue removal of existing sidewalk, curb & gutter, and driveways from Rebel Station to Yucca and pouring new concrete for sidewalk, curb & gutter, and driveways. Electricians will be removing and installing new streetlight pole bases from the Rebel Gas Station to Yucca on south side of road.

We will continue grading and placing a asphalt sidewalk from Veterans to Rebel Station.

We will begin removal of existing sidewalk, curb & gutter, and driveways from Rebel Station to Yucca and pouring new concrete. Good Afternoon...

This week, we will be continuing work from Veterans Memorial to Gingerwood, and also be working on removal of landscaping from the Rebel Gas station to Yucca in preparation for new landscaping and sidewalk improvements.
