This is a condo system we converted. We pulled out the old system in the ceiling and put a high efficient house system in the attic. We built a platform so that it will never leak water and be super quiet. By the end you couldn't hear this system and was running very efficiently. Get your system replaced with Efficient Air! Anyone have questions on why you can't just change your condenser if it fails? Check this link out it will tell you why when your system is upgraded you need to replace all the components that use the old refrigerant otherwise you WILL be losing money and time.
