After getting only 2 hours of sleep, I stood outside the Dennison polling station for 11 hours to greet voters who took precious time out of their day to participate in our democratic process!

During that time I was visited by Michelle Milan McFall who retained her seat on State Committee- congratulations!

I also spent the better part of the day conversing with a highly respected local elected official: Unity Twp Supervisor Mike Obarto. We talked about how the perceived division between Democrats and Republicans is leading our Country away from it's national values. We came to an understanding that both parties can compromise and work together towards goals that are equitable to all Americans. I hope we will have the opportunity to work together towards that resolution.

Democrats and Republicans are not enemies, just Americans who disagree on things.

Was out from 5pm to 3am last night checking on every precinct. Ran out of signs towards the end but it was a beautiful journey across the District! Come meet me any time today at the Dennison precinct polling station at Sonrise Church in Unity Twp! Get up, get out, and get voting! 🇺🇸

When Republican Mike Reese (may he rest in peace) ran for state rep in 2020 he received 32,189 well-deserved votes.

When Leslie Rossi ran in 2022 after taking over, she received 10,000 fewer votes, rounded down.

That's 10,000+ Republicans looking for a different way of doing things this year. Which Democrat do you think has the better chance of getting those votes that we, the Democratic Party, truly do need in order to win? Is it the lifelong Democrat who is always ready to roll up their sleeves, but only shows up after the fact, or the lifelong Veteran, who is willing and able to move this party, and our beloved community, onwards and upwards?

I hope to see that your voices join with mine tomorrow, Tuesday May 19th, in the Primary Election! In any event, Democracy will prevail and a more perfect Union will not perish from the Earth!

Price of fuel being up got you feeling down?
