I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Easton Barnes and the Garden City Wind baseball team. Some of you know that Easton retired from pro baseball last year, he was then offered to manage the Garden City Wind of the Pecos league, a professional independent baseball team, so far this year, his team matched their franchise record starting this season at 8-0 And has now matched their franchise best winning record midseason at 20-3 Proud of you, son and continue to give God the glory in all that you do. Great job recruiting and signing these ball players now finish the season strong.

Sheriff Hayden and the want to thank everyone for giving us the highest priority rating for 2024 in overall county services.

The survey asked respondents to identify the services they thought were most important for the county to provide. They then ranked their level of satisfaction on a scale of 1 to 5, "5" being very satisfied.

Sheriff Hayden said, "As your sheriff, it is my pledge to you to continue to provide professional service to the citizens of Johnson County!"

Over the last 8 years serving as Johnson County Sheriff, I’ve had the distinct honor of overseeing a staff of roughly 700 public servants. These men and women, both civilian and sworn officers, serve across the county in various duties. I’m grateful for their hard work, dedication, and the teamwork they all put in to protect and serve Johnson County.
