Residents can place their trash out for regularly scheduled collection starting on Tuesday, July 9. **Please keep it separated from storm debris**

Dear Homeowners,
We are pleased to announce that the community pool will be opening tomorrow morning, Friday, June 14th, 2024, at 7 AM. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.
Please be reminded that all pool rules must be always followed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Failure to adhere to the rules will result in a community violation with fines and the loss of pool access for up to 60 days for each violation.
The community relies on the cooperation and vigilance of every resident to help maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment. If you witness any violations of our community rules, we urge you to speak up, say something, and report them on TownSq. For reference, our Community Manager’s contact information is below. Together, we can ensure that our community remains a place we are all proud to call home.
We would like to remind all homeowners of the following important information regarding the community pool:
Pool Hours: The pool is open daily during the summer from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Except on Wednesday the pool opens at 2:00 PM and closes at 9:00 PM because of a deep clean by the Pool company. Please ensure you adhere to these hours for the enjoyment and safety of all residents.
No Alcohol and No Glass Policy: As a reminder, there is a strict NO ALCOHOL and NO GLASS policy at the pool. These policies are in place to ensure a safe and family-friendly environment for everyone. All homeowners are required to acknowledge and sign this policy upon receiving their pool FOB.
Child Supervision: All children must always be accompanied by an adult while at the pool. This rule is paramount for the safety and well-being of everyone.

Today there was a troubling amount of garbage bags filled with alcoholic beverages left at the pool area. This blatant disregard for our NO Alcohol policy is not only disrespectful but also poses serious safety concerns for everyone in our community.
We understand your frustrations and concerns regarding enforcement. As a board of only five individuals among 475 houses, we rely on the cooperation and vigilance of every resident to help maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment. If you witness any violations of our community rules, we urge you to speak up, say something and lastly report them. Together, we can ensure that our community remains a place we are all proud to call home.
In response to these unacceptable/unsanitary incidents, the board has made the difficult decision to close the pool temporarily because of human f***s being found not in the toilet. This action is not taken lightly but is necessary to emphasize the importance of following our rules and to allow for a thorough cleaning of the facilities.
We implore all residents to take responsibility for their actions and to consider the impact they have on our community. If you have any concerns or suggestions for how we can address this issue more effectively, we encourage you to attend our board meetings or reach out to our property management company, Associa.
