🚨 Help Us Bring Humane Police Officers Back to Indiana County! 🚨

Whiskey Acres Animal Rescue & Sanctuary has an incredible opportunity this September—but we need your help to make it happen.

Our goal is to send two dedicated members of our team to Humane Police Officer Training so we can better serve the animals and communities that rely on us every day.

Sadly, Indiana County currently has no active Humane Police Officers. By completing this training, our team will be one step closer to helping investigate animal cruelty and neglect cases, working alongside law enforcement, and ensuring abused and neglected animals have someone to speak for them.

The challenge? Training, travel, lodging, and related expenses are costly, and as a 100% donation-funded nonprofit, we simply can’t do it alone.

Info from Voytex Electrical--

Here is a list of the Veterans Banners that are at Voytex Electrical, 135 Market St. Family of the veterans can pick them up Monday through Friday between 9:30 and 2:30. They say that most of the Banners that they have are in pretty bad shape but you are welcome to come pick them up. They will be available until September 30.
