In observance of Thanksgiving Day and Friday after, The Harper Clubhouse will be closed on Thursday, November 24, and Friday, November 25, 2016.

FOB Access Door ONLY from 5AM to 9AM for Gym Access.

The Harper Clubhouse will re-open on Saturday, November 26, at its regular scheduled time, 11AM. The FOB Access Door will resume its regular schedule.

Dear Fellow Property Owners:

The Board of Directors for Lansdowne Village Greens HOA consists of five directors elected in rotating 3-year terms.

Recently one of our directors moved from the community and resigned his board seat. According to LVG bylaws the board appoints an individual to fill the vacant seat for the remainder of the resigning director’s term. In this case, the term runs through May 31, 2017.

If you have interest in becoming an LVG board member we ask that you submit an email briefly describing your qualifications and why you are interested in joining the board. In order to qualify as a board member you must be a property owner or the designated representative of a property owner.

Candidates will be given an opportunity to meet with the board for Q&A prior to the September 6, 2016, board meeting. At the meeting, the board plans to appoint a new director.
