Just seems like you are tempting fate with curbside pick up and returns. How can you guarantee COVID-19 won't be spread through this method? BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY!
I’ve signed up with the library and I use OverDrive. I’ve noticed that the selection for new audiobooks is very poor. My previous library system always had new books pretty quickly. Is there another option for audiobooks that I’m missing? This is a little disappointing.
Cleaning up from the holidays? Donate your books, CDs, DVDs and board games to the Ashburn Library and then support the library by shopping at the Friends of the Ashburn Library-FOAL winter book sale Jan 23-26! https://facebook.com/events/s/the-2020-ashburn-library-winte/541979533066842/?ti=icl
We had such a wonderful time today meeting Santa and Mrs. Clause, this was such a special event and so well put together. Thank you Mrs. Clause for such a special day today and we look forward to seeing what you have in store for the new year!
I need help to complete a reading challenge....I need a "recommendation from a librarian". So, what books do some of you LCPL Librarians recommend? I'm open to all genres, but please pick something that's not likely to have 57 holds...I need to finish by the end of the month. Thank you!
I noticed that with the Loudoun Library’s annual fiction and poetry contests, the top prizes often go to people that do not live in Loudoun County. Often times, the winners don’t even live in Virginia. If this is the Loudoun Library, funded by Loudoun citizens, shouldn’t the library and its services and its cash prizes for contests be for the citizens of Loudoun County?
LCPL explains they are doing this..." Because the library’s resources have the power to change lives, and we want them to be available to everyone all the time". WHAT....how can that be if they are allowed to be checked out indefinitely?? I'm confused...
Thank you so much for adding Kanopy. We set up our accounts this evening and are currently learning about ancient technology. This is a use if my tax dollars I can whole heartedly endorse. Whomever spearheaded this addition deserves accolades. We love our public library even more than before.
I love using our county's Makerspaces. Here is a quick video sharing my thoughts.
Santa will be at the Middleburg Library this Saturday December 8th from 2pm to 5pm. Sit for a photo or two. Bring your own camera FREE

Hi! Is there any way to find out what my library card number might be? I tried to do that online through your website & looked around on there, but to no avail. Thank you!
