Leadership Loudoun is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, founded in 1991, to develop and engage current and emerging leaders in Loudoun County, VA.
The nine month leadership development program is an experiential curriculum during which class participants:
Learn about themselves. Explore the history and culture of Loudoun County. Identify and examine important issues that are relevant to the community and become active agents of positive change. Meet a network of diverse people who are interested in making a difference. Practice team building through work in small groups to achieve common goals.

Over twenty classes have graduated from the program creating a membership network of more than 500 community leaders representing business, government, nonprofit, education, human services, and faith-based organizations. Nearly one hundred community impact projects have been completed with the intent of leaving a legacy of service to the community. Leadership Loudoun was founded by three partners: County of Loudoun, Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, and Loudoun County Volunteer Services. It operates under the direction of an all-volunteer Board of Directors with one part-time staff member.

Our January 2020 Program Day topic was "Transportation and the Nighttime Economy”. This was the very first official group presentation for The Class of 2020. The day was spent at One Loudoun. Thank you to Topgolf and Sherae Bell ('97) for hosting our event.
