Happy Janmashtami friends. . A few years ago, I recited a nazm, on Lord Krishna, by Hafeez Jalandhari. . Hafeez Jalandhari was a master of Urdu poetry, and it's fascinating that he wrote this nazm dedicated to Lord Krishna and since it is over 80 years old, the then use of heavy Urdu language adds to the depth and richness of his work, making it challenging for readers like me too. 😬😬.

This nazm ( a thematically focused poem), shows Hafeez's respect, love and admiration for Lord Krishna. It blends cultural and religious theme with poetic elegance. The love of Radha and Krishna has found its way into the hearts of Urdu poets more so in the Mughal courts. The depth of their story really bridges cultural and religious divides, making it a powerful theme in both poetry and dance like Kathak. It’s truly a beautiful example of how art and spirituality can transcend boundaries. Enjoy the nazm.

To our moms – the real MVPs. Thanks for all the love, support, and sacrifices. You're the reason we are who we are. Blessed are those who still have this unique God's gift in their lives. Mine moved on to be with her Creator 24 years ago...seems like yesterday though.

To our sisters, wives, and daughters – your strength and sparkle light up our lives. Keep being the awesome beings you are. we learn so much from you as we all evolve in our relationships!

Shoutout to our fantastic friends – your friendship is the glue that holds everything together. Life's a blast with you by our sides.

While the announcement of a temporary sea port for Gaza aid is noted, it doesn't diminish the seething frustration over the USA leadership's support for actions that inflict immense suffering. Prioritizing humanitarian concerns over political alliances should be a direct challenge to the leadership, urging a reevaluation of their choices. It's time to channel this anger into a call for accountability and a demand for a more compassionate and just approach on the international stage -

LEXINGTON, Mass. — Six Massachusetts school districts were named in a new survey ranking the top 250 most in-demand education systems in America.

Test Prep Insight recently published its “Most Envied School Districts in the US” list for 2024 after surveying 3,000 parents “to discover which school districts they would hypothetically most want their children to be schooled in if given the choice,” the online research company said.

The Lower Merion School District in Pennsylvania topped Test Prep Insight’s list as the most envied group of schools in the country.

The six Bay State districts that cracked the top 250 ranked as follows:

In Massachusetts, Lexington Public Schools rated out the highest, checking in at 78th in the survey.
