The Wayne County Commission and its employees are the legislative branch of county government. The chief role of the commission is to adopt a budget and to enact ordinances. The commission also approves contracts, appointments and rules. The money is spent and ordinances are enforced through the administrative branch. This year's $2 billion plus budget runs the county operations that services the
more than 2 million people living in Wayne County. My Primary focus is to not raise taxes or cut jobs. We must approve the sale of vacant county owned property. This will be included in my plan to turn around Wayne County. I believe I am qualified for the position of commissioner because I have experience in community policing and dealing with people. I also have the ability to do research and grant writing. As a police officer, I know how to prosecute those who are stealing. I will be willing to work with the feds to get rid of those who steal and mishandle contracts. Its time to get new people on the commission. With a good Wayne County executive and a hard working commission, WE will turnaround Wayne County. again, please consider me for the seat of Wayne County Commission District 4
