Word on the street is everyone’s heading to the beach on May 30th at 6pm until whenever.

Perfect. We were already planning on being there. 😎

Our version of “turning up” includes following the law, making smart choices, and not collecting charges, citations, or embarrassing stories that start with, “Well, it seemed like a good idea at the time…”

Come out, have fun, enjoy the beach, and make memories, not criminal records.

It’s Official! 🥳

Congratulations to Officers Scroggins, Downs, and Menzon on graduating from the Denton Police Academy and officially being sworn in yesterday!

Feels like just yesterday they started this journey… they grow up so fast 🥹

Please help us congratulate them as they begin their law enforcement careers with us. We’re proud to welcome these three to the family!

Big congratulations to three of our police cadets for successfully passing the TCOLE exam! 👏🎉

And special bragging rights go to Cadet Menz, who outscored the boys with the highest score amongst them. You go girl!

Help us congratulate these future officers on a job well done!

We’re not done yet, we still have one more cadet in the academy, and they’ll be crossing that finish line soon too!

Did you know that in Texas it’s illegal to graffiti someone else’s cow? Which means at some point this became such a problem that lawmakers had to step in 🐄🤠

Imagine being the officer taking that call:

“Dispatch… we’ve got a suspect out here tagging livestock.” 🐮
