I purchased the book below about a week before I went on vacation to take with me…l read the first chapter and that was the hardest chapter as I kept fumbling through and having to go back and reread… If anyone is at the stage of forgiveness I honestly think this is a book for you. I’d been eyeballing this book for the longest and I thought the perfect time to read it was while on vacation, nope I’m still to numb and it too personal..

This Status isn’t about me, it’s for “THE” person that needs to see a faith if a mustard seed when at this moment you can’t see through the pain . I’ve prayed for your healing, acceptance, and restoration within yourself!

What we see on the outside maybe totally different from what someone may be carrying on the inside. See, we were taught don’t never show people what you going through!

Some people need to see what healing actually look like. Some people need to see God will pull you from the trenches of Death, wrap you in the hem of his garment, and bring you out gracefully! It’s this part some people never get to make it to see… Lord Jesus my Savior in Christ I thank you for using me publicly and bring me and still bringing be through it gracefully.

I know you can’t see it, Gid haven’t left you he’s waiting on you. Even when you can’t pray for yourself know IM PRAYING FOR YOU AND OVER YOU!

This song came on while driving home after gym… You know my name, this took me out…. Lord T H A N K Y O U because through the thickness of my pain you made me be still, through the unknowns, through the scariest time of my life that I begged you for me for myself to trade places with her…..you stood me still, when I wanted them to feel the exact same pain you STOOD ME STILL. When the pain was so deep I became numb I already made up in my mind whatever happened I’ll face the consequences later but you made me be still. Lord thank you for blocking every demonic spirit Satan tried to send my way and my children way. Thank Ypu for being so Merciful🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿

Today is a new day, don’t worry about yesterdays trauma find peace within today. Stop forcing the smile trust me it will come back naturally… Exhale the hurt, frustration, betrayal, emptiness, exhale everything that was thrown at you that u didn’t ask for, exhale all that toxicity. I’m beginning to EXHALE and beginning to inhale acceptance( accepting horrific life changing experiences that happened seen or unseen in my life) because that’s the only way you can heal from it you have to be willing to acknowledge this has happened that’s the first step and I’m deep within the first step! I woke up to EXHALING! Let today be the day you exhale because YOU are more than what have faced or facing!
