While many of our members were learning and networking at the APA Bi-State Conference in St. Louis, other important work was happening in Washington D.C.

John McCurdy from the City of Roger's and James Walden from Garver represented the Arkansas Chapter this week at APA's Fly-in. John additionally participated in a YIMBY Caucus briefing alongside Representatives Chuck Edwards and Scott Peters as well as APA President Sue Schwartz, AICP and past President Angela Brooks, FAICP.

Early bird registration for the 2025 APA Bi-State Conference is OPEN! The conference, planned for September 15-17, 2025 at Union Station in St. Louis, will bring together planners from across Missouri, Arkansas, and beyond to learn, network, and be inspired. Registration for mobile tours, single-day tickets, and “a la carte” options will open later this summer, so be on the lookout for those announcements!
