A week away from September.. November is coming fast! I’ve taken the past several months focusing on family, my career, helping folks, and preparing for what’s ahead. We’ve seen a lot of things happen since May 2026 from the removal of the mayor, appointing a new temporary mayor, having someone drop out of the city council race, to a lot of controversial decisions made. Starting next week, I’ll be hitting the trail again! Getting out into the community that I’m so passionate about! If you don’t already have a sign and would like one, let me know! I also have t shirts available for anyone looking to support me! It’s time for change. It’s time for folks with a strong sense of community and purpose. It’s time to make decisions that will positively affect our community and those who reside in London and Laurel County💜 Also congrats to Matt Orr, as today there was an announcement of no write ins for the London and Laurel County general election.

With the City of London surrendering its Certificate of Need, the public deserves complete transparency, measurable response-time protections, clear accountability, and proof that emergency care will be strengthened—not weakened.

With that being said, my concern and the public’s concern is irreversibility and public safety. It cannot just be reclaimed at a later date or by passing another ordinance or motion. It would require a new application, state approval, negotiations with other agencies, and more legal processes. Sure it’s easy to go read the resolution or ordinances passed. However, is it too difficult to openly communicate to the public and address their concerns? Answer questions they may have? Make them feel safe? Serve the public? The public deserves complete transparency regarding all matters involving the city and city business. I stand firm on my promises to fulfill all of the duties of office if elected. #3 on the ballot..

Today was just another example of poor leadership in our city.. Making decisions carelessly and not putting the CITY and its RESIDENTS first.. Folks, November is right around the corner.. Are you ready for change? Are you ready for our city and its residents to be put first? Are you ready to show up and make your voice heard? Are you ready for the nonsense to be over? You have the ability to do all of those things.. If I’m elected to London City Council, you and our city will be put first, there will be no nonsense, better decisions will be made, and safety will be made a priority for all of our residents and communities.. I will stand up for you against corruption, poor decisions, and ensure you and your families safety.. No more nonsense.. No more recklessness.. No more excuses.. It’s time to take a stand with me and others who are ready to work for you rather than against you!!

Over the past several months, I’ve been in contact with members of the community, elected officials, and those running for office in the upcoming election.. I’ve established really good rapport with those I’ve been in contact with.. I feel it’s important to communicate effectively and efficiently with one another to keep our primary purpose (which is the community and our residents) first.. I’ve not had very much success with attempts to speak with current council members since stepping down from the subcommittee I once sat on with them.. Since around April 2026 I’ve had several conversations with Matt Orr, our soon to be Mayor (pending November election) One of those being late last night.. We discussed a few things as we typically do. Our families, life, and City concerns and issues.. One of those concerns were the appointed mayor process we all just witnessed.. He was ready to take that position this week and hit the ground running.. He was in contact with those who made the decision and was not chosen to take the position.. For unknown reasons.. He was not happy about the decision that was made, and rightfully so.. I say all of that to say this, Matt Orr is already fighting for our city and he’s not stepped foot in office yet.. And he is willing to work with folks like myself who like himself, have the best interests in our community and want to make our community stronger.. Our community is ready for new leadership that wants to work together for the betterment of our community, not themselves.. There are brighter days ahead London, hold steady and stand strong!!

Good afternoon London.. I’m sure we all wanted a little break from politics for a bit.. However.. As everyone knows the Mayor will not be on the upcoming November ballot (pending an appeal if he decides to do so) and recent ordinances passed by the current council has raised major concerns throughout the community.. If elected, I am committed to working with whomever is in the Mayors office come January 2027.. Prior to the recent events with Mayor Weddle, I’d spoken to both he and Matt Orr.. Both were made aware of my intentions if elected.. I had good conversations about the direction of the city with both mayoral candidate as well as many of those running for city council.. They were all made aware of my willingness to work together, if it’s for the best interest of our city.. I attempted a sit down with a current city council member yesterday to discuss concerns as well as my intentions if elected and he never replied.. That current member is up for re-election in November.. Point being, I’m coming into this with the upmost transparency, integrity, honesty, and accountability possible.. I can only hope that come January 2027, we can move the city forward in a positive and productive manner.. Your vote matters! Your voice matters! Your family matters! I’ve heard you for quite sometime and saw you make a statement during the primaries! Thank you for your support and I look forward to seeing you all soon!

I’m not asking to be elected I’m asking for the opportunity to serve and represent our community. Because at the end of the day, a title doesn’t build trust, and a position doesn’t create change people do. Service is where real leadership begins. It’s showing up when no one is watching, listening when it’s not convenient, and putting the needs of others ahead of your own.

Being elected is a moment. Serving is a commitment.

Anyone can campaign for votes, but not everyone is willing to put in the work after the election is over. True leadership isn’t about recognition or status—it’s about responsibility. It’s about being accountable to the people, standing firm in your values, and making decisions that reflect the best interests of the entire community, not just a select few.

When you focus on service first, everything else falls into place. Trust is earned. Progress is made. And the community feels heard, respected, and represented.

So I’m not here just asking for your vote—I’m asking for your trust. I’m asking for the chance to work for you, to stand with you, and to serve this community with integrity, consistency, and purpose. Because leadership should never be about holding power it should always be about using it to make a difference.

May 19, 2026 is more than just a moment to me.
