July 31st was her last day in the District 8 office, and we are already missing her energy and dedication. 🌟

Born and raised right here in Long Beach, Victoria truly loves this city, and it showed in everything she did. From helping residents solve everyday issues to keeping our office running smoothly as our official "Utility Belt," her impact on District 8 has been massive. We are so proud of the work she’s done for our community.

We hear you, and we’re taking action! 🤝

A major cleanup and outreach effort is currently underway along Susana Road and surrounding streets in the unincorporated area between Long Beach and LA County.
I know this location has been a significant point of concern for our neighbors in Longwood and Coolidge Triangle, as well as the local schools and surrounding businesses. In response to your feedback, my office collaborated with Los Angeles County Supervisor Holly Mitchell and the LA County Department of Homeless Services & Housing to conduct outreach to individuals living in RVs and coordinate the removal of trailers from the road. 🚚🧹

To ensure this remains a long-term improvement, my office is partnering with Supervisor Mitchell to schedule regular cleanups and ongoing maintenance. 🌿✨
