She is Mrs. Philippines TCP 2018 is the Inaugural Winner of the prestigious title of “Woman of Inspiration” Transcontinental Pageants - Mrs. USA Universe ltd. 2018.
She is a United States Ambassador for Community/Family Restoration with FoRe! International; a program that is exclusively for women who are a force to promote action and are making a difference in the world. She has been volunteering since 14 years old helping veterans, seniors and the homeless. She moved to Orange County in 2013 from San Jose California. She had a vision to reach the broken-hearted women and families on the streets and started Project Family Love Outreach out of her own home.
Her call from God is to one day have a Family Life Center that will help families in desperate, crisis situations. She is highly involved in Community Outreach, Ministry, Charities, & Volunteer work in Orange County CA.
She has worked as a Contributing Writer for Magazines & Publications and is currently working on her own talk show. Rachelle also has been an Entrepreneur, with over 14+ years working as a Business Consultant and Mentor to numerous Clients. Rachelle is on a mission to be a powerful, positive impact in the Los Angeles/Orange County Community and see lives restored and transformed. She gives her loving Saviour Christ Jesus all the glory and honor in her life.
