As May comes to an end, we just want to take a moment to recognize and support everyone’s mental health. 💚

Remember, it’s okay to NOT be okay, and it’s okay to ask for help!

We’re here for children and adults facing mental health challenges, whether it’s through our outpatient programs or our 24/7 crisis helpline. Help is always available.

Let’s keep breaking the stigma and having honest conversations about mental health. Together, we can make sure no one feels alone. 💚

Everyone experiences both good days and challenging days when it comes to mental health. đź’š

Focusing on the good days can boost our mental well-being. We asked some of our Story Changers what a “good day” means to them. A “good day” can look different for each person, from checking off tasks on a to-do list to enjoying a “gloomy rainy day”.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we're shining a spotlight on the power of purpose! When we have a clear "WHY" behind what we do, it can truly transform lives, both for those we serve and for our own mental well-being. đź’š

We’re thrilled to introduce one of our amazing Story Changers, Kaylyn Pliler, and share her inspiring "WHY."
