RiverCities Transit honors Tabitha Hayden
on WSDOT Wall of Fame
RiverCities Transit Mobility Supervisory Tabitha Hayden will be honored on the Washington State Department of Transportation Wall of Fame August 30 during the Washington State Transportation Conference in Spokane.
Tabitha joined RiverCities Transit in June 2013 as the Administrative Assistant/Clerk of the Cowlitz Transit Authority Board. In September 2018, she was promoted to Transit Mobility Supervisor and has demonstrated superior performance in each position.
Her remarkable diligence and work ethic in both roles were put the test over this past year. Our Transit Operations Supervisor position was open for a half-year and overlapping that was the unexpected need for coverage for the Administrative Assistant for five months. Tabitha stepped into the gap and demonstrated her outstanding talent for organization and task completion.
Tabitha’s supervisor, new to his position, states that he’s not sure he would have survived the year without her excellent efforts.
Whether she is dealing with internal customers or passengers, peers or government officials, Tabitha demonstrates the highest level of sensitivity and attention to detail. RiverCities Transit proudly honors Tabitha Hayden for her exceptional service.
WSDOT created the Wall of Fame program to recognize exemplary transportation employees for their dedication, innovation, customer service, and professionalism.
