Greetings, Everyone and Happy Friday! Wanted to send an update as we move into the weekend and trying to hit our goal of at least 100 attendees for this year's reunion.
Please see the updated menu below (we heard some comments about tacos over the past couple years, so we are going to try something else new this year, more like banquet food and see how that is received).
The 2026 Reunion Menu;
Lemon Herb Chicken Breast & Braised Burgundy Beef
Dinner Rolls and Butter
Sides - Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Zucchini and Squash, Angel Hair Marinara
Guest Choice Salad Garden & Caesar Salad
Garden Salad Mixed Lettuce topped with Cheese, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Carrots
Dressings: Ranch or Italian
Caesar Salad Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese, Croutons
Dessert Cheesecake or Chocolate Cake
Happy Hour Appetizers
Fresh Vegetables with Dip - Celery, Carrots, Broccoli, and Cucumber & Homestyle Ranch Dip.
Sweet ‘N Spicy Meatballs - Italian style meatballs in a sweet and spicy sauce.
BLUF: We have only sold 76 tickets to this year's upcoming reunion and are 18 days until we
must submit a headcount to the Banquet Manager. This is woefully short of the past few years
where we were well above 100 tickets sold by now. If we don't reach at least 100 tickets sold
by 25 MAY, we will be in danger of having to cancel this year's reunion. We don't want to do
that, and know that folks who have already bought tickets and made travel plans definitely
wouldn't want that either.
Please, if you are planning to attend, purchase your tickets without delay so that we can
continue planning for another awesome event, one that most of us look forward to all year.
Please also share with your stick buddies and battle buddies who you think would like to
attend. This is the one day/evening per year that we all have the opportunity to get together
and catch up, celebrate our retirees, and remember and honor those we have lost.
If we do not sell at least 100 tickets, the event will most likely be cancelled and possibly pushed
to next year and perhaps continued on an every other year basis unless interest resurges.
If the event ends up being cancelled, all who have purchased tickets and/or made donations,
will be refunded in full.
