I thought I was building a page about content strategy for small woman coaches and personal brands.

Turns out, I’m building something a little bigger. A space for the thoughtful business owner who has a great offer but struggles to explain it clearly, show up consistently, or stand out without sounding like everyone else. 💕

Here, I’ll share how I think about content, messaging, storytelling, positioning, intentional visibility, and building a business that feels aligned with who you are not one shaped by every online trend.

Because you shouldn’t have to become louder, more polished, or less yourself to be seen. You need words that make the right people understand your value and trust what you do.

I’m still figuring it out as I go, but I finally feel like I know where I’m headed. And honestly? I’m excited to build this with you. 🫶🏻

If you’re ready to communicate your value more clearly and build a business that feels like you, follow along and let’s make your message impossible to overlook.

If you're a Muslimah with a coaching or service based business come say hi. 🤎 I want to know the women behind the businesses I keep seeing on my feed. 👀

And if you're a Muslimah business coach, mindset coach, wellness coach, personal development coach, or service provider definitely introduce yourself!

Let's get to know each other beyond the content we post, your turn to tell me about you and your business in comments 🌸

That’s a side of building a business online that often gets overlooked. 🤎

Sometimes you actually want to show up, want to grow and want people to know what you do and understand how you can help them. But you also don’t want to share every little part of your life just to make your business feel personal. You don't want your family, your home, your private moments, your relationships, or every random thing that happens in your day to become content. And sometimes you wonder if that means you're making it harder for yourself.

Like maybe you should be showing more, sharing more, or being more visible and honestly I get why that can feel exhausting. Especially when you’re trying to build a business while still wanting your online presence to feel comfortable, modest, and genuinely yours.

Well You shouldn’t have to choose between protecting your privacy and building a business you can want growth without wanting your whole life online. You can want clients without feeling like you have to perform for strangers every day. And you can want your content to feel personal without making it private.

I think there are so many Muslim women building beautiful businesses who need to hear that. You’re allowed to build in a way that feels like you. And if the content side of your business has been making you feel like you need to become someone you're not I hope this reminded you that you don't. 🤎

And if you want help turning what you already know into content that feels clear, human, and true to the way you want to show up, that's something I can help you with too My dms are open for you❤️

Here's one of the fastest ways I notice a business coach's content is starting to sound generic. Imagine a relationship coach talking about communication. She could say "Healthy communication means listening, expressing your feelings and respecting each other's needs." Indeed true and useful but I've probably heard some version of it before. Now imagine she says "Sometimes you're not struggling to communicate, You're trying so hard to make the other person understand you that you've stopped listening to what they're actually saying"

See Same topic but now I have a reaction. Maybe I agree or I don't. Either way, I remember the advice and more importantly, I remember her.

That's the thing I look for in a coach's content not whether every idea is completely new, or whether every post has a clever hook. I want to feel the person behind the advice. The way she sees the problem, The things she notices, The opinions she has, The little explanations she keeps giving her clients in her own way. Because that's what starts making content feel like it came from a person, not just another coach account.🫶🏻❤️

And if you're wondering whether your own perspective is actually coming through in your Instagram content, that's something I'd look for in a content audit too. You can DM me “AUDIT” and I'll tell you how it works. 🤎

Girlie you don't need to invent a new topic every time you want to post on Instagram. 😭 Because honestly how many completely new things are you supposed to come up with about confidence, boundaries, relationships, burnout, mindset, business, or whatever you coach on?

Someone has already talked about it Probably a hundred times. But that doesn't mean you have nothing new to say. Imagine two relationship coaches talking about communication.
One says "5 ways to communicate better in your relationship" ok bit useful but the other says "Sometimes you're not struggling to communicate. You're trying so hard to be understood that you've stopped trying to understand the other person."

Now see Same topic but suddenly I'm curious about her because now I can see how she thinks about the problem and that's the part I think we forget when creating content.🫣

So You really don't need to invent a completely new topic you just need to let your perspective into the topic your beliefs, observations, the things you notice with clients, the advice you don't completely agree with, and the way you've come to understand the problem. That's what can make familiar Instagram content feel like yours. 💖🫶🏻

So ladiesss take notes next time creating content don't make a fusss by thinking Ugh everyone's already talked about this becuase of that pls Don't throw the idea away just yet. Because there's something interesting in your way of seeing it and that what your audience want.

And if you're a coach who knows you've a different perspective but struggles to make it visible in your content that's exactly the kind of thing I help with. You can DM me "PERSPECTIVE" and tell me what's been feeling difficult to communicate. 🤎
