Raineth operates in Cincinnati, St. The company follows federal guidelines by measuring affordability at different percentages of family Adjusted Median Area Income, or “AMI.” According to Federal standards, a family can afford to spend no more than 30 percent of its gross income on rent. A family earning as little as half (50 percent) of AMI can afford 78 percent of Raineth’s houses. We keep our

monthly rental fees low, to help families make ends meet. Most of Raineth’s tenants are working single mothers earning between $25,000 and $35,000 per year. Approximately 80 percent of Raineth’s tenants receive no government housing assistance. Without Raineth, these families would struggle to find safe, clean, affordable housing.
