Hidden Track Music, founded in April 2011, is a boutique music placement and licensing company, which represents labels, publishers, songwriters and artists, and services to film, television, advertising and video games. Label clients include B3SCI Records, Big Brother Recordings Ltd., Good Years, Hit City USA, Ignition Records, I Oh You, Ivy League, Liberation, Musical Freedom, Mom+Pop, Neon Gold, NEST, OWSLA, PRMD and Tuff Gong Worldwide. The company also represents artists on the 300, ATO, Communion, Future Classic, Glassnote & Infectious labels, as well as publishing companies for Lava and Ministry of Sound. Notable artists include Benjamin Booker, Courtney Barnett, The Drums, Flume, Gesaffelstein, Haim, Major Lazer, Margo Price, Oasis, Panama, Primal Scream, SBTRKT, The Temper Trap, Tiësto, Yogi and Ziggy Marley. Past artists include Alt-J, CHVRCHES, Emeli Sande, Fitz and The Tantrums, Gotye, Kaiser Chiefs, Silversun Pickups, St. Additionally, the company forged a sync partnership with Windish Music Licensing, a division of renowned booking company The Windish Agency. A publishing arm was established in 2012, with Norwegian electronic duo Lemaitre being one of the first set of writers to sign to Hidden Track Music. Justin Bumper Reeve started the company simply as a passionate hobby and side hustle, working with then-unknown artists, Gotye and The Temper Trap, and fully resurrected it in April 2011, after departing indie label Dangerbird Records, where he was Head of Licensing for Film, Television, Advertising and Video Games for over three years, representing all the artists on the label and its publishing and management arms. Prior to joining the label in February 2008, he was at Revolution Studios for almost 6 years, where he music supervised and coordinated over 25 films and soundtracks, including the platinum–selling Grammy–nominated soundtrack, Across The Universe. Justin also held posts at Propaganda Films, IFILM and A Band Apart/Miramax Films, where he assisted director Quentin Tarantino and producer Lawrence Bender on such films as Jackie Brown and Good Will Hunting.
