Just so everyone is aware, as of January 1st 2018 the state of California, acording to Prop 64, must have a system up and operational for the management of ma*****na. Please be aware that just because ma*****na may be legal, any ma*****na containing more than 10 mg/g of THC is for medical use only and the possession of this ma*****na without a valid medical recommendation is considered to be a felony under California Prop 64; Furthermore, the posession of more than an ounce of ma*****na is also considered to be a felony under Prop 64, even if the THC amount is less than or equal to 10 mg/g.
Please Note: Prop 64 does not apply to those individuals whom use ma*****na for medical purposes and have a valid medical recommendation recognized by the state of California.
Warning: Driving under the influence is illegal...you can be arrested for DUI/DWI and possibly loose your license if you smoke ma*****na and drive. So don't smoke and drive!
Should you have any questions or are unclear about something please feel free to contact us here at the Ma*****na Management Services Administration (MMSA).
Gov. Jerry Brown has signed a bill that would fine people $70 for smoking ma*****na or consuming cannabis edibles in a vehicle. The fee applies to both the driver and passengers.
