We are excited to announce that we’ve been awarded Tax-Exempt Bonds by Kentucky Housing Corporation for the significant rehabilitation of Russell Apartments, which will preserve 183 affordable units for Louisville residents for years to come.

Bridgette Johnson, President and CEO, says “this achievement represents years of dedication, collaboration, and hard work by an incredible team committed to preserving affordable housing in Louisville.”
