🚨****LPD SVU Asking for Victims and Witnesses to Come Forward Related to Investigation of Former Lubbock ISD Employee****🚨

(LUBBOCK, TX) – The Lubbock Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is urging victims and witnesses related to the investigation of a former Lubbock Independent School District employee to come forward, following public response to recent news coverage.

Jeremy Maxfield, 41, is facing numerous charges surrounding the sexual assault of, and improper contact with, multiple minors. Based off the scope of the investigation, and public response, investigators are encouraging additional victims and witnesses to come forward with any information they may have. By reaching out, investigators can offer resources to victims through either Voice of Hope, or Lubbock County Victims Services. Though victims and witnesses will need to identify themselves to investigators, their identity and information will be protected from public view by state law.

If you, or someone you know has been a victim, you are asked to call or email Detective Justin Wood at (806) 775-2453, or [email protected] .
