We had a great time celebrating our staff and teachers today with a delicious lunch from Twenty Two Gourmet and Simply Vanilla Gourmet Cheesecakes and fun activity!

As the school year winds down and our school literally comes to a close, this is a reminder of how seen, heard, and loved each of you are today and through the years. ❤️

P.S. Replace macaroni necklaces with homemade snow! 😂

Dear teachers,

I know you spend your own money on craft projects, books, supplies, and things we’ll never know—just so your students can have a better experience in school.

I know you lie awake at night, praying for those kids.

You celebrate the wins, and your heart breaks with the hurts.

You teach, yes. But you’re so much more.

You’re a leader, a champion, a steward of their hearts, minds, and souls.

You think of those kids long after the year ends. There are some, I’m sure, you never forget.

You are their constant. In times of joy and in times of pain.

Thank you for taking care of our babies and big kids (who will always be our babies) all year and for encouraging them to do their very best.

Thank you for the macaroni necklaces and daily activity reminders.

Thank you for your patience and your kindness.

Thank you for loving them.

Thank you for helping them fly.

Our kids say they’ll never forget you.

Please know, we will always remember you too.❤

Only a few days left to get your orders in for the LCS Virtual Academy fundraiser! Remember all orders MUST be turned in by THIS FRIDAY, Dec. 8. Books that have already been purchased are at the school for pickup.

Don't forget to setup your Seller Page and promote our fundraiser. Remember EVERY student that sells 5 or more is invited to a Pizza Party on December 13th!

We are excited about our first fundraiser of the year! These Attraction and Dining Value Guides make great stock stuffers, host gifts, grad gifts, etc. You should have received an envelope from your child with all the information! If you have questions or need help setting up your seller page, contact Lesley Mink (her info is on the envelope). Let's partner together to make this the best fundraiser ever for LCS Virtual Academy!

Our fundraiser will be starting THIS WEEK! Be on the lookout for your students envelope to come home during the week. They can also be picked up Thursday, Oct. 26 at our first ever GAME NIGHT.
