What a weekend! We were pleased to have entertained Mr. Monty Fritts, candidate for TN Governor, and Jeremy Thompson at the Gazebo. We were fortunate that the rain was light and we were able to stay to hear their respective visions for our great state. We’re thankful to all who made the time on a Friday morning to attend. Gentlemen, you’re welcome here anytime!

Reminder about our Meet and Greet Thursday, June 4th, 5 - 7 p.m. at the Fayetteville Town Square Gazebo. We expect some of the candidates for the new House District 9 will be there in person. The Republicans running for County Commission seats in districts 1, 2, 3 and 5 will be there as well as School Board districts 5 and 7.

Unfortunately, it looks like we've got a decent chance for rain Friday morning. We’ll plan to stay on the square but if it does rain out our meet and greet at the gazebo, we’ll head down to the American Legion building and hear Monty speak there.

How to find your district in Tennessee

“Shortly after Republicans passed the new congressional district map, the Tennessee Secretary of State's office updated their website with information on the revised districts. In addition to detailed maps of each district, the webpage allows Tennessee residents to look up up their revised districts by address.”

Tennessee's district map will soon be redrawn following approval from the state legislature. Here's how to find your district online.
