Thank you for all you do!

The first full week of May is recognized as National Correctional Officers Week. A 24/7/365 operation, correctional officers serve a vital role in public safety, most of which is unseen by the public. Our Correctional Officers are dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of those in custody and their fellow officers.

Thank you for all you do!

Sexual Assault impacts all communities, even ours. Easily overlooked because it often happens in secret, but the impact echos through the lives of the survivors.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Throughout the month we will be sharing information to increase awareness and educate more Kansans about sexual assault and its negative effects. We wish to honor the voices of sexual assault victims and survivors, and convey how each of us can play a role in preventing sexual assault.
