Many in the state of Texas experienced crisis over the holiday weekend from devastating floods. Our hearts ache for those impacted by these events, and we are grateful to the first responders, search & rescue teams, and other personnel on the front line. We hold fast to the hope found in Jesus, knowing that He wastes no tears. Join us in praying for Texas in the following ways:

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠.
Lift up families facing unimaginable loss, particularly those mourning children from Camp Mystic. Ask Jesus to bring comfort that only He can give.

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲.
Ask God to lead search teams with precision and protect every person still unaccounted for. Pray for safe reunions and miraculous breakthroughs

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐝.
Many have lost homes and essentials. Pray for the immediate needs — food, water, shelter — to be met, and for long-term provision to follow.

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝.
In every shelter, every search, every sorrow, may people encounter the nearness of Christ and the hope found only in Him.

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬.
Firefighters, medics, police officers, and volunteers are pouring themselves out day after day. Ask for strength, clarity, endurance, and protection.

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡.
Pray that local churches would rise with compassion and boldness, being the hands and feet of Jesus through care, presence, and truth.

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬.
Ask God to give city, county, and state officials wisdom and discernment as they navigate crisis response and recovery.
