Despite her opponent voting to silence the people’s voices and remove local authority, Jennifer Bias Bryant continues to show up and listening to people's concerns about data centers, our schools, healthcare, water, and so much more.

House Bill 2014 allows legislators in Charleston to override the people and put hyperscale data centers wherever THEY want, and there's nothing YOU can do about it, (right now…). HB2014 also allows these data centers to receive lower utility rates AND get a ten year tax break (if they hire JUST 10 employees)!

No other state in the U.S. has a law like this and many are instituting moratoriums while more information is gathered. Why are West Virginia’s elected representatives so set on selling out our state regardless of the impacts?
