Community Center rentals through April 30 are now available online at https://bargersvillein.myrec.com
2026 dates will be released in 4 month blocks. (See schedule below).

Reservations & registration dates:
January - April released November 1, 2025
May - August released March 1, 2026
September - December released July 1, 2026

2026 Rates will increase January 1.
Weekdays (Mon, Wed)
Residents $65 Non-Residents $97
Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun)
Residents $150, Non-Residents $225

You're invited to Light the Line!
We are gearing up for holiday lights and traditions and are excited to present a new contest to "Light the Line" - a holiday fence decorating contest in Downtown Bargersville. View details and sign up at the link below: https://bit.ly/4q0bjbP

Individuals, families, businesses, schools, and organizations are invited to decorate fence panels on Main Street with festive holiday designs. Help bring the holiday spirit to life in our downtown district by registering for this FREE community decorating event!

Your creativity will help transform downtown into a festive winter wonderland for all to enjoy!

Event Details:
Registration: Free for individuals and nonprofits. *Businesses and organizations may include branded or promotional content for a nominal fee of $25, payable at registration.
(Please note: No political campaign materials or offensive content will be permitted.)

Decorations will be featured as part of the Yuletide on Baldwin on Friday, December 5 when the town comes alive with lights, music, and community celebration!
