Retail Sales Associate / Shipping Clerk

🤝👥Customer Service: Greeting customers, providing service/shipping recommendations, and resolving inquiries regarding shipments.
📦📥Shipping & Receiving: Processing shipments and sorting/stocking products.
📦Packing & Processing: Packing items securely, conducting inventory counts, scanning and tracking packages.
⭐️🧹Facility Management: Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to safety protocols.
⚡️Helping customers load/unload packages if assistance is needed.
⏩ Key Skills and Qualifications ⏪
⭐️Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multi task, track, manage, and log inventory and shipments.
🗣️ 🤝👥Communication: Effective communication with customers, team members, and vendor drivers.
👩🏽💻Technical Proficiency: Ability to use POS systems, computers, and scanning equipment.⌨️
⏩Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting, moving, and loading packages of various sizes and weight.
⭐️💪Must be able to lift 50lbs
