The Rozel Volunteer Fire Department is staffed by community members. Our annual budget is funded by local tax dollars and allows for the day to day operation and basic upkeep and housing of the fire equipment. Generous donations from our community and others who care have allowed us to upgrade to newer and better equipment in the past few years and we believe the investment is showing dividends ba

⏰ Time change this weekend. ⏰

With the time change this weekend, warmer temperatures, and spring cleaning is just around the corner. Now is a great time to check to see if your house numbers are clearly visible.

Emergency responders often face delays locating homes due to missing or unclear addresses.

Larned city ordinance 15.40.010 requires address numbers to be 3–10 inches in height and in a contrasting color to the building.

As you tackle spring cleaning, take a few minutes to ensure your address is easy to see from the road—doing so could help save valuable time in an emergency.
