❤️ As another Town of Man Street Fair comes to a close, we have so many people to thank. ❤️
First and foremost, thank you to our mayor, town staff, and park board, who spend countless hours planning, organizing, and working to make these events possible while keeping so many activities free for our community to enjoy. Thank you as well to our street department, Town of Man Fire Department, and police department for keeping our town orderly, safe, and running smoothly throughout the weekend. The mayor, town employees, park board members, street department, fire department, and police officers all work far beyond their job descriptions and expectations, and our community is better because of it.
A special thank you to Steven Adkins and A1 Mine Supply for sponsoring the egg race. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces and excited kids taking part in the event.
Thank you to Herb at Town Pharmacy Care for sponsoring the bike race, and to Kim Keffer for leading it. Thank you to Logan Regional Medical Center and Megan O'Brien for donating bike helmets to ensure all kids were safe.
Both the bike race and egg race were an absolute joy to watch and even more fun for the children who participated. We are so happy to have brought these events back to our street fair.
Thank you to Black Label Trucking for sponsoring the coal truck pull, and to Phil Pfister for once again putting on an incredible show that had crowds lining Main Street.
Thank you to Misty Linville Collins at Welcome Home Floral & Gifts and Misty Trent at Collar & Comb for sponsoring the pet show. It’s always a huge hit. We love seeing all the sweeties.
Thank you to the Buffalo Creek Fire Department and Station 200 for providing additional support and helping ensure that everyone had a safe and enjoyable weekend.
Thank you to BIG TIME Wrestling lords of the ring and Freddie Cornell for once again bringing fantastic entertainment to our town. Year after year, they are willing to make the trip to Man whenever we call, and we truly appreciate their dedication and support.
To all of our vendors: thank you for choosing to spend your weekend in Man and for bringing your goods, food, products, talents, music, and expertise to our community. You are a huge part of what makes this event special.
To our local businesses: thank you for your patience and understanding throughout the planning process, road closures, and increased traffic. We appreciate your support and partnership in making the fair a success.
And finally, our biggest thank you goes out to our community members— everyone who came out to enjoy the fair. You continue to show up year after year, and because of that, we continue to do this. Every event, every activity, every late night and early morning is for you.
