I am a Republican with fiscal and constitutional conservative values. I prefer limited government spending, lower property taxes, controlled spending of the School Budget, and control of non-essential city-wide spending. I want to take care of Ward 4 constituents. Ward 4 is the best in the city! I was proud to see Ward 4 residents come speak at the meeting and stand up to stop the overriding of the tax cap. Sad we do not have an Alderman or SB that cares about Ward 4 residents or elderly! This picture of facts proves it. Protect the tax cap and protect the residents of Ward 4. Cut areas on the School Budget and stop the lies that they say Manchester never got any money from the state for the MSD. You got over 10 million dollars! What did you spend it on. As I said, we need a LINE BY LINE independent audit from a reputable company. I said this on my past campaign and I say it again. If I were elected, I would ALWAYS protect the tax cap.

Packed house last night at City Hall in the Board of Mayor and Alderman Chambers. Impressed on how many came out to speak. It was very respectful even when we do not agree with one another. This is what We The People, taxpayers of Manchester, must do to have our voices heard. Nothing passed. So we are in limbo again. I am understanding the discussions will be held behind closed doors.

Many Aldermen campaigned in “Respect The Tax Cap”. Respect means just that. Not say one thing then vote to override it.

Thank you to those that spoke up with me and supported not to override the tax cap. So it’s back to the drawing board!
