NPM Construction Co contracted with the City of Gig Harbor for the construction of Harborview/Stinson Sidewalk Art Project. The overall scope of work includes demolishing asphalt and installing new concrete sidewalk with wet set bronze castings (medallions) in front of Eddon Boat Park located at 4121 Harborview Drive in Gig Harbor, Washington.

Medallions were provided by Judith and Daniel Caldwell of Caldwell Sculpture Studio https://www.caldwellsculpturestudio.com/ and incorporated into the concrete pour by NPM Construction Co.

A special thanks to the crew on this project! Thank you Judith and Daniel for your support on the project. It was a pleasure constructing this for you and the City of Gig Harbor!

NPM Construction Co. contracted with Snohomish County PUD for sidewalk improvements and tree removal in Everett WA. Work will start in early December. Scope of work includes removing sections of lifting sidewalk sections cause by roots and removal of trees and stumps at these locations and replacing concrete sidewalk including ADA handicap ramps.

NPM Construction Co. completed the SE 24th Street Sidewalk Improvements Project in September 2024. The project provided for pedestrian access along SE 24th Street at Beaver Lake Park.

Improvements included clearing, drainage, curb and sidewalk, adding a bicycle lane, and rock wall along with property restoration.

Thank you to the City of Sammamish - Government who contracted with NPM Construction Co. and the residents along SE 24th Street for your patience with impacts caused by construction.

NPM Construction Co. began construction for City of Sammamish - Government on July 17, 2024. Survey for clearing, saw cutting and drainage improvements were done. Clearing the site for new concrete curb & gutter and sidewalks began today. Estimated substantial completion date is mid-August 2024.

NPM Construction Co. was apparent low bidder for ADA Transition Plan Implementation for the City of Mercer Island WA. The project will be awarded and contracts signed.
The project scope includes construction of ADA ramps in Mercer Island’s Town Center, including mobilization, temporary traffic control, pavement and sidewalk removal, utility adjustments, and installation of ADA ramps, concrete curb and gutter, and concrete sidewalk,
Project should start in August 2024.

NPM Construction Co. has contracted with the City of Sammamish WA for the construction of SE 24th Street Sidewalk Improvements from 251st Avenue SE to the entrance of Beaver Lake Lodge. The project scope includes new curb & gutter, 6-foot-wide sidewalks, low impact development features, rockery, and new storm drainage conveyance system connections.
The project will start in July 2024.

Phase 2 work at our The Olympia Transit Center North Site Improvements project for Intercity Transit began last week of February, 2024 and is scheduled for completion on March 26, 2024.
This phase replaces cement concrete road crossings and replacing concrete pavers with cement concrete sidewalks. Also included in this phase is installing cast iron 2' x 2' ADA tiles at the loading areas on the platform.

Phase 1 work at our The Olympia Transit Center North Site Improvements project for Intercity Transit and City of Olympia - Government is 100% complete and crews are underway on Phase 2
(on the platform) with a completion date scheduled for March 26, 2024.

Phase 1 ROW work for Intercity Transit at the The Olympia Transit Center North Site Improvements project is at 70% completion. ROW work is being done for City of Olympia - Government and once completed Phase 2 and Phase 3 on the platform will begin.

ROW work includes removing existing trees, removing concrete curb and sidewalk, relocating irrigation, construct new ADA compliant ramps and sidewalk, Installing cast iron tiles at the bus loading zone, decorative concrete scoring and installing new trees.

The finishing touches on our City of Redmond, Washington -Government project. The stamped concrete was poured today in the pedestrian island on one of three sites improved for pedestrian safety. The RRFB's will be installed at the end of September 2023.

NPM Construction Co. completed asphalt paving on September 15, 2023 at our NE 132nd Street & 106th Place NE project for the Kirkland, WA - Government. Improvements at this intersection included adding a right turn lane into the access road of Juanita High School.
