RayforMarathon I have been the Commodore at Marathon Yacht Club as well as run for the City Council of Marathon in 2024. Here at Coldwell Banker !

I believe I can present you the Fabulous Florida Keys Paradise and show you homes and the life style we all love here. I am accessible to listen to your concerns and try to help with your problems. I will remain so after the election. I will represent the residents of Marathon - NOT out of town developers. I am not against progress but I am against stupidity. Vacation rentals won't be going away a

nytime soon but we can sure protect our neighborhoods by enforcing the rules. There are some things you just don't see coming-like those high speed motorized bicycles on the sidewalks and streets. We need to improve the regulations and provide for safer use of these devices. We must protect and improve the quality of our near shore waters. Because our existing wastewater system is no longer adequate, we have to drill a deep injection well. There are several options on how and where to do this. We must get this right - we cannot afford to be wrong again
