For more than 25 years, I’ve worked to promote Jefferson, Texas, as one of America’s premier Bigfoot destinations. Through the Texas Bigfoot Conference, public art, tourism initiatives, and countless volunteer hours, we’ve helped bring thousands of visitors to our historic town.
Now it’s time to take the next big step.
Today, I’m excited to launch the GoFundMe campaign to establish the Texas Bigfoot Museum in Jefferson – Bigfoot Capital of Texas!
This museum will be created as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the history, folklore, science, and culture surrounding one of the world’s greatest mysteries while creating a year-round attraction that benefits our entire community.
Imagine a place featuring:
👣 Historic Bigfoot evidence and exhibits
📚 Rare books, artifacts, and research archives
🎥 Interactive displays and multimedia presentations
🧒 Educational programs for families and schools
🌲 East Texas wildlife and folklore exhibits
🛍️ A unique gift shop supporting the museum’s mission
Most importantly, this museum will help drive tourism, support local businesses, create educational opportunities, and strengthen Jefferson’s identity as the Bigfoot Capital of Texas.
