Looking for a rewarding nursing position where you can make a difference every day? Washington County Home is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team!

Our LPNs play an important role in providing quality care while helping our residents maintain their dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.

📋 Position Responsibilities Include:
• Providing nursing care according to individual service plans and provider orders
• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring residents and communicating changes in condition
• Completing assessments and required documentation
• Supporting and directing Resident Assistants and direct-care staff
• Responding appropriately to emergencies and changes in condition
• Participating in shift report and promoting continuity of care
• Following facility policies, infection-control practices, and applicable regulations

💰 PAY & PERKS
• Starting pay: $27.04/hour
• Shift differential & holiday pay
• First pay/step increase after 6 months
• Sick & vacation leave

🌤️ Afternoons: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
🌙 Days or afternoons with as-needed midnight coverage (10:00 PM–6:00 AM)

Washington County Home is a unique assisted living facility located on nearly 300 acres. We are expanding our farm-to-table approach with vegetables from our garden, beef from our cattle, and eggs from our chickens.

It was a beautiful evening for a picnic hosted by our friends from the Civitan and Pioneer Ladies Civitan Clubs. We enjoyed a delicious meal of grilled hot dogs, southern style potato salad, chips, cookies, brownies, and ice cream Drumsticks. We appreciate our friends and all they do for us and for our community.

💲 Starting at $14.87 per hour
⏰ Approximately 28 hours per week
🕚 Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities include:
✅ Preparing and serving meals
✅ Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen
