Washington County Home Washington County Home is an assisted living facility that has been serving the community since 1840. The present 60 bed facility was built in 1976.

We have been providing a safe, clean, comfortable home for Washington County residents since 1840. We believe in the philosophy of "neighbor helping neighbor," reaching out to our community, which is the heart of our home. An Administrator directs the home while reporting to the Washington County Commissioners. Funding is provided by the county levy, resident's income, and farm income. It is the o

nly county home in Ohio that has an operating farm. 270 acres provides room for the beautiful Georgian style home, farm, apple orchard, ponds, and walking trails, as well as other county agencies. Nurses are on staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All meals, housekeeping, laundry, beautician/barber services, activities and crafts are included in the daily rate, which is based on one's ability to pay.

About the Role

The Washington County Home is seeking dedicated LPN Charge Nurses to join our nursing team. This role is responsible for overseeing resident care, administering medications, and supporting staff to ensure high-quality care.

Communicate with physicians and process orders/refills
