I would like to take this opportunity to introduce the new Assistant Principal of Red River Charter Academy....Miss Susan Cole! She blesses us with experience and dedication as an educator and leader! Welcome to the gator family! She shares with us her philosophy.....I am the new Assistant Principal for RRCA. I am really excited to work with all of you.
My goal as your Assistant Principal is to lead with a servant’s ❤️ and to put the needs of my director, staff, students, parents and community above my own. I believe building relationships is the key to being a successful school leader. People want to be led by people they trust, someone they know that cares and I intend to demonstrate this every day.
