Today is the day! Adult Summer Reading Book Bingo has begun! It runs from today, May 15th to August 2nd. Come pick up a bingo card! You only have to get one bingo to enter! (But a "blackout" card gets you 12 entries for the prize). Hard to find time to sit with a book? Audio books count! Listen during your work commute or while you do your day to day tasks!

Activities at Garland Smith Public Library for December include the Parents Gift Wrapping Room on Tuesday, December 12, from 4:30-6:30! The library provides the space, paper, scissors and tape. Miss Lacy will show a Christmas movie in the Children's Room for the kids while you wrap your gifts in the room provided.

Thursday, December 14 is the Christmas Story night for all ages, starting at 6:00 pm. Join the librarians for light refreshments and Christmas stories!

Tuesday, December 19 Marie Detty Youth and Family Services for the December installment of Group Connections. They will be here from 3:15 to 4:15. The theme will be "A Gift of Confidence" and all are welcome.

Also on December 19 from 5:15 - 6:15 is the December in-person meeting for the adult book club. December's theme was "Holidays".

Marie Detty Youth and Family Services will be at the Garland Smith Public Library monthly for their Successful Futures Program. The first day will be tomorrow, November 14 from 3:15-4:15. All children and parents are welcome! The next will be December 19.
