The night and room was bright and full of light!
Thank you to OneCity for Recovery for hosting a beautiful event in support of those struggling with substance abuse.

As a therapist, I know how incredibly important it is to have a network of support when trying to overcome challenges such as these. Your service is invaluable! 💛💛💛

America's true strength lies in unity. And today's event reminded us the value of service and how much strength there is when our communities come together to serve others. Thank you for the gracious invitation, your selfless service, and ongoing dedication to our neighbors and friends! 🫶🏾

Our city's strength comes from its people. Every culture, every faith, every story, every voice matters. Through education and awareness, we help build bridges instead of barriers. Diversity is not our weakness, it is our strength.

Thank you to Mason City Schools Diversity Council for putting on a beautiful event last night honoring Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month!

I was honored to share in the celebration and present a proclamation from the city recognizing the incredible contributions, cultures, and stories of the AAPI community.

As a member of the AAPI community, it was especially meaningful to celebrate alongside students, teachers, and families proudly representing their heritage and cultures. Thank you to everyone who helped make this celebration so welcoming and impactful! 🫶🏾
