Closure Planned June 5 on Southbound Off-Ramp at I-69 Exit 25 at Mayfield for Milling and Paving
PADUCAH, Ky. (June 3, 2026) – A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) plans to temporarily close the southbound Interstate 69 off-ramp at Exit 25 (U.S. 45) at Mayfield, starting at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, June 5, weather permitting.

The closure is necessary to allow crews to mill and pave the southbound Exit 25 off-ramp, which is near I-69 mile point 24.9.

Motorists are asked to seek alternate routes.

The ramp is expected to reopen by 5 p.m. Friday.

The Graves County Judge Executive and the Graves County Fiscal Court will be accepting applications for the Graves County Road Department Foreman. The job description and application can be picked up at the Graves County Judge Executive office, 1102 Paris Road, Suite 2, Mayfield, Ky. 42066 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST

KY 339 Bridge Near Shaw Road in Graves County to Close Starting Tuesday, Apr. 28 for Paving
PADUCAH, Ky. (Apr. 27, 2026) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) plans to close KY 339 between eastern and western sections of Shaw Road in Graves County, starting Tuesday, Apr. 28, to prepare the bridge for paving.

A new bridge over Brush Creek, at mile point 35.17, was recently constructed and temporarily opened to traffic using compacted gravel approaches.

To allow crews to install a waterproof membrane and complete paving and striping, the bridge will need to be closed to traffic.

The KY 339 bridge will reopen once the work is completed. Estimated completion is by Friday, May 1, weather permitting.
