I sure was impressed attending the annual Maysville Chrome & Cruise Classic Car Show in Downtown Maysville today. Even better was the fact that it benefits the Cancer Fighters United helping those affected by cancer in our local community.
This organization does amazing things for so many during some of the hardest days of their lives.
It was a beautiful day for a car show and I loved seeing so many of you out and about town today enjoying everything that makes Maysville great!

I love when our local businesses support our school system! Big thanks to Hippie Burger in Maysville for hosting Mason County Schools Staff and Family members for trivia night! I enjoyed playing trivia with my daughter and parents even though we came up short on the last question! I didn’t walk away empty handed though as this huge container of school supplies will help the students I serve at the highschool and middle school throughout the year.

Yesterday was a good day in our surrounding community!
I was honored to attend the rededication of the beautifully restored Dover Covered Bridge. Special thanks to all involved including the City of Dover, Fernleaf Homemakers, Buffalo Trace Area Development District, Buffalo Trace Covered Wooden Bridge Authority, and many more!

I was then able to attend the “America 250 Celebration” at the Limestone Center hosted by the Mason County Democratic Party! It was quite an evening hearing from community leaders and of course Rocky Adkins, 2027 candidate for Kentucky Governor.

Mason County continues to be a GREAT place to live and work. Exciting things are happening all around us!

If you missed the activities downtown Maysville this weekend, you truly missed out! I appreciate the time and effort the planning committee put in to all of the events. It may have been hot, but our community showed up to celebrate together!
I had a blast in the parade passing out some treats to the kids (and adults!) lined throughout the parade route. It was great seeing so many familiar faces. I appreciate the support you are showing so far!

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day from my family to your’s! 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy, the sacrifices made by those who came before us, and everything that makes our nation so special.

I hope you and your family have a SAFE, fun, and meaningful Fourth of July filled with good food, games, and of course fireworks.

I also hope to see everyone downtown Maysville this evening for the 4th of July Parade at 7:00 PM! I look forward to celebrating with all of you!

Good morning!!! Come join me in beautiful May’s Lick this morning as the fun has just begun!
If you didn’t make it last night you missed some awesome singing, dancing, & fireworks. Special thanks to Hunter Jordan for an awesome concert.

I have water and snow cones for the participants in the "This Little Piggy Went to May’s Lick" Kid’s Fun Run and The "Tractor Trot" Fun Run. These runs are hosted by Mason County Sheriff Ryan Swolsky.
A full day of fun is on the way! Hope to see you out here!

This Memorial Day, I had the honor of attending the 18th Annual Memorial Day Breakfast hosted by the Simon Kenton VFW Post 2734.

Thank you to everyone involved for the delicious breakfast and for taking the time to honor our fallen heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice.
